I am sharing with you a new publication from Kansas INBRE entitled : The K-INBRE Symposium: a 10-Institution Collaboration to Improve Undergraduate Education” authored by Sarah Velasquez (K-INBRE Communications Core) and Keith Chapes (Director, Undergraduate Research Office and Campus Coordinator at Kansas State University). In this publication, they have explored the impact of their successful Annual Research Symposium on student learning.  They report “the K-INBRE symposium provides a terrific opportunity for students to gain experience in collecting, preparing, and communicating research in a professional environment.”
