You are invited to an NIH Sponsored Meeting on Clinical Neurostimulation.
Date: October 4-6, 2017
Goal: The field of neurostimulation offers great promise for improving human behavior and reducing the symptoms of brain injury and mental illness. This is a meeting for researchers and clinicians interested in clinical and research applications of transcranial direct current stimulation (tDCS) and transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS). The meeting will include keynote presentations by leading researchers in the field of neurostimulation, hands-on demonstration and training on the use of tDCS technologies, and a poster session with cocktail reception. This meeting offers the opportunity to learn and share all interested, novices and experts alike, in this exciting frontier!
This meeting is supported by the University of New Mexico’s COBRE funded Center for Brain Recovery and Repair (P20GM109089). There are some limited funds available for IDeA Networks of Biomedical Research Excellence (INBRE) or Centers of Biomedical Research Excellence (COBRE) faculty and/or trainees for travel and/or lodging!
